NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, NCLEX-PN®, HESI®, ATI®, TEAS® and other third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
5. Exam Security and Academic Integrity
NursePrepWise does not provide, solicit, sell, or distribute confidential live examination questions, recalled secure examination items, stolen examination materials, or unauthorized access to protected testing content.
The Service may not be used to obtain unauthorized assistance during a live, secure, or proctored examination, to impersonate another candidate, to circumvent examination-security measures, or to violate an examination provider’s candidate agreement or security rules.
6. Accuracy and Currency of Information
We aim to provide accurate, high-quality educational content, but nursing standards, drug information, testing blueprints, clinical guidelines, and professional requirements can change. We may revise, correct, replace, archive, or remove content as the platform evolves.
We do not warrant that every item will always be complete, error-free, or current. Users should consult official examination information and authoritative clinical sources where appropriate.
7. Tutoring
