How NursePrepWise works: exams, free questions, plans, payments and support.
What is NursePrepWise?
NursePrepWise is an independent nursing exam-preparation platform. It combines a practice question bank (QBank) with rationales, high-yield cheat sheets, and personalized tutoring arranged separately.
Which exams does NursePrepWise currently support?
Practice content is organised around NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, HESI and ATI TEAS, with subjects specific to each exam. The exam catalogue lists every exam we prepare for, from nursing-school admission to licensure and certification, and labels each one as available, coming soon or not available yet. Free sample questions show which exams already have published content.
How do the free sample questions work?
A limited number of published questions are flagged as free previews. Choose your exam on the free questions page, answer a question, and the rationale appears immediately after you submit your answer.
Do I need an account to try free questions?
No. The free sample questions and one free cheat sheet are available without an account. You need an account and an active plan for the full QBank, progress tracking and the complete Cheat Sheet Library.
What is included with a subscription?
Every plan unlocks the same content: the complete QBank for the exams we cover, learning mode, exam mode and custom quizzes, review of incorrect and bookmarked questions, progress tracking and test history, and the full Cheat Sheet Library. Plans differ only in how long access lasts. See Plans.
What is Learning Mode?
In learning mode you answer one question at a time and see whether you were right, along with the rationale and any key takeaway, before moving on. It suits studying a topic while you are still building knowledge.
What is Exam Mode?
In exam mode you answer the whole set first, without feedback, and review your score and all rationales at the end. It is closer to test conditions and is useful for checking readiness.
Are detailed rationales provided?
Yes. Questions include an explanation of the correct answer, and many also include option-by-option rationales and a key takeaway. Rationales are delivered only after you submit an answer.
Are questions updated?
Yes. Questions and cheat sheets are added, revised, corrected or retired over time. We do not promise a fixed question count, and content may change during your subscription.
Does NursePrepWise guarantee that I will pass?
No. No preparation provider can honestly guarantee an exam result, a score, licensure or employment. See the Disclaimer.
Is NursePrepWise affiliated with NCSBN, ATI, Elsevier/HESI or other exam owners?
No. NursePrepWise is an independent exam-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by NCSBN, ATI, Elsevier/HESI or any other examination owner. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. See the Disclaimer.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Where an online subscription is purchased, the price, currency, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before payment and you must confirm them. A subscription renews at that interval until you turn renewal off.
How do I cancel renewal?
Open your Profile and use the cancellation control on your subscription, or email support@nurseprepwise.com. Turning off renewal stops future charges.
Does cancellation immediately remove my access?
No. Access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests made directly to NursePrepWise are reviewed case-by-case, and any approved amount depends on the circumstances. Approval in one case does not create a precedent, and rights that cannot legally be waived still apply. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I share my account?
No. Accounts and subscriptions are personal and may not be shared, transferred or used by more than one person. Sharing credentials may lead to suspension under the Terms of Use.
Can I use NursePrepWise on mobile devices?
Yes. The website is responsive and works in a current mobile browser. There is no separate mobile app.
How does tutoring work?
Tutoring is arranged separately from subscriptions. Send a request from the Tutoring page with your exam, timeline and the areas you find hardest, and we will contact you to discuss what you need. You do not need an account to ask.
How do I contact support?
Email support@nurseprepwise.com. Include the email address on your account so we can find it quickly.
